use for obtainable heroes

after obtaining heroes, the old and weak ones become useless. no point of leveling them.
i suggest that you add a new game feature where obtainable heroes go into a quest

one quest per hero, 24 hours or 48 hours cool down

quest is just sending them for a quest. the heroes in quest cannot be hired. so here comes the idea of leveling the old heroes.

quest rewards will be multiplied by the hero's current level.

quest rewards are random:

Battle Achievements 80  (so reward will be 80 BA x hero level  : e.g. 80 x 100)

Gold 100 x hero level

Fragments 2 (medium chances) fixed 2 fragments

Stone Spirit 1 (low chances) fixed 1 stone

Prestige 10 x hero level
Failed Quest! you get nothing (low chance)
